The project name is Suspa Bukhari Khola Jalbidhyut Yojana which is located at Bhimeshwar Municipality ward no. 8 of Dolakaha district, Bagmati Province, Nepal.

Opening Range
The opening range of the company depends upon the book value of the audited financial statement. Opening range is calculated by multiplying the audited book value by 3 times.
As per the FY 2078/79, the book value is Rs. 159.67.So, the opening range is Rs. 159.67 to Rs. 479.01.
The promoter shareholding to public holding will be 80%:20%. The public holding include general public, Nepalese living in foreign land and employee of the company.
