Menchhiyam Hydropower Ltd is incorporated in 8th Novemebr 2017 as a privated limited company and later converted into public limited company in 15th July, 2021. The company has 4.72 MW capacity to produce electricity. The project is located at Sankhuwasabha district of Nepal. The project is constructed under BOOT (Build, own, Operate, and Transfer) mechanism.

The opening Range of the company depends upon the book value of the audited financial statement. So, the book Value of the company is Rs. 77.45 of FY 2078/79. Hence, the opening range of the company is Rs. 77.45 to Rs. 232.35.
NIC Asia Capital Ltd is the Issue manager for issuing the IPO. Similarly, the company got BB rating from the ICRA Nepal.
