The project is a run-of-the-river type project with an installed capacity of 4MW. Similatly, The corpoarte office of the company is located at Gahana Pokhari, Naxal, Kathmandu.
After IPO promoter share holding and public share holding ratio will be 51:49.
Opening Range
The opening range of the company depends upon the book value of the company. So, the audited book value of the company is Rs. 97.87. Hence, the opening range of the company will be Rs. 97.87 to Rs. 293.43.
NIC Aisa Capital Ltd is the issue manager of the company and the ICRA Nepal has given BB- for issuing IPO to the general public.
