About Company:
Bhagawati Hydropower Development Company Ltd is a public ltd hydropower company was established in 18th December, 2000. The project has 4.41MW electricity generating capacity and it is located at Bijaypur river in Pokhara, Kaski, Nepal. The company has a license to operate and produce electricity for 30 years from the date of commercial operation (5 Bhadra, 2069 B.S.) of the project.
The share will be issuing at Rs. 116 per share (Rs 100 face value + Rs 16 premium price).
Opening Range
The opening range of the company depends upon the audited book value. So, as per the FY 2078/79, the audited book value of the company is Rs. 120.41. Hence, the opening range of the company will be Rs. 120.41 to Rs. 361.23.
Siddhartha Capital Ltd is the issue manager and ICRA Nepal has given BBB- to issue IPO to the general public.
The IPO issue will raise a total of Rs. 16.58 Crores for the company.
