Mandu Hydropower Ltd is a leading hydropower company which was established in 15th April 2012. It has capacity of 22MW of electricity generation. The project is located at Bagmati River, IPA, Panchakanya VDC, Makwanpur District, Bagmati Zone, Nepal.
The corporate office of the company is located at Kamaladi 13,Kathmandu, Nepal.
It is issuing 16.35 crore of IPO which will make paid up capital Rs. 1.36 arba. The company is issuing share at Rs. 206 per share (Rs 100 face value + Rs 106 premium price).
Opening range
The opening range of the company depends upon the book value of the company. So, the audited book value of FY 2078/79 is Rs. 124.42.
Hence, the opening range of the company will be Rs. 124.42 to Rs. 373.26.
